I use Kaspersky, it's pretty good. I don't even have to pay for it because it's easy to reset the trial period.

I'm being balsted with spam email all of a sudden when I used to be free of that scourge, so something's up.

My computer is immune to all viruses like a supercomputer or something.

sorry just over at the boyfriend's so i've been out and about all day. every now and again the home computer has trouble refreshing the WIO page so that's most likely why i wasn't logged in. i was kinda worried when i logged in earlier and noticed i wasn't already online because i thought maybe my computer had died but the confirmation that i'm still logged on via meebo is comforting

He hasn't responded here yet. Maybe its just an impersonator using his computer so he's only making quick quippy comments in new outlandia to fool us.

Also since the topic came up, what are people's favorite anti-virus methods, I know a few have already answered, just curious for more.

Is it coincidence that Ed came back just after that post?

He hasn't been on the forum since about 11:30 am EST according to his profile and nothing's auto-checking the forum. Not like I know what this virus does, though. It's just a tad unusual for Ed. Oh well, we hear from him when we do.

He's set to away on IM, which means his computer hasn't crashed (I think. I don't really understand these things). Perhaps he's sleeping for once?

Has anyone heard from Ed today? His absence is conspicuous.

Was it all in the SMBC subforum or was is other places as well? Because I've noticed a lot of the weirdness seems to be happening here.
