I fit into a, b, c, and possibly d. I'm not sure if living 500 miles away (sorry I don't know the metric equivalent) counts as being close or far away. I'd like to go someday, but I have no money or car. Maybe if they ever build that high speed rail line. . .

I once went about 600 miles to Boston and I tell ya that was goddamn far enough. On a coach bus no less, which never fails to make me sick. Trains kick ass.

Well as long as your aware of the options. Wouldn't want to get married without checking out the options now would we?

But checking out all the options would be rather difficult methinks. Especially if the husbands aren't down.Kimra wrote:Well as long as your aware of the options. Wouldn't want to get married without checking out the options now would we?

I find it nifty how earlier today I was reading about the Germany issue of Heeb, and Zach puts out a sketch about a Hitler mustache.

The first train is from something called "the magic roundabout".*mountainmage wrote:I don't recognize the first train, Kimra. Therefore, I'm not going to trust him.
*I've never heard of or seen it before either but that's beside the point.

There were over 500 episodes created of the original TV series, as well as a multi-million budget CGI movie. It's gained cult status within the shores of the UK, even though it originated in France.Kimra wrote:something called "the magic roundabout" of which I have never heard.
None of this is to suggest you've overlooked something everyone else is aware of, though, as it's faired incredibly poorly in the outside world. The movie (which was never very good to begin with, in my faux humble opinion) was redubbed, renamed and pumped full of fart jokes for American audiences.
It's one of those things, should it come up in conversation, where I want to laugh joyfully, and say "Yes, the Magic Roundabout!" but then the sorrow overwhelms me for everything it is not, and everything it could have been. Dougal liked sugar lumps.
