It's a mockery of comics which show some celebrity doing something they wouldn't normally and it's a joke. Like batman washing his car or something.

I'm not sure it's supposed to be funny. I think the trick is you confuse the hell out of everyone else by making them think there's some joke they didn't get, which is a sort of commentary on the type of comics he's mocking.
