I tried looking through the plethora of posts but couldn't find anything related to this.

Is it just me or are the SMBC comics lately featuring guys with shortish red hair?

I always just kind of figured that Zach defaulted to orange because he had orange hair. Though if this is a self-insert I think Zach may have a fundamental misunderstanding of how Mary Sues are supposed to work.

Then again, perhaps he's just Mary Sue'd Kelly, in which case I think he's nailed the Mary Sueing. Or then again, perhaps I also have fundamentally misunderstood how it's supposed be done.
