Yeah? Well, in the UK they're starting initiatives to block access for filesharers, but they're starting with the people at the root, the ones who put stuff up. Now, I have though of a way around this.
Make your torrent file, upload to the pirate bay from a public internet access station. These are like 2kb anyway.
Next go home and start sharing the file. Pretend you are not the original file sharer, no way of being charged as the original copyright breaker.

About a year or 2 ago I was reading about some college student who got sued for seeding. Maybe I'm wrong.
