The rules are, there are no rules. Except the following.

1. Entries must be submitted by a specified time. If you hold out for weeks without entering something for the final, you're very, very evil, and don't deserve to win.

2. Make your entry into the ForumBattle known by posting in this thread, or PMing me. When you have a comic to submit, PMing me is how to do it.

3. Cheating is officially disallowed, but as I really can't think of any way to actually cheat, I guess you're in the clear either way.

4. That last rule was redundant.

We've only got 4 entrants at the moment, so we really need 2 more to make it work, though 4 or more entrants would be awesome.

I was thinking of having the scoring system similar to ruo's, but a minor variation. Discuss:

Your comic will either win, lose or draw. Winning gets you 3 points. A draw earns you 2, and losing earns you 1. However, failing to submit an entry on time I'm such a hypocrite will net you a full 0 (zero) points.

It'll be done round-robin style. If there are enough people, I'll divide it up like ruo did. If not, I'll sit in the corner and cry.

And damn, is it really mountain mage? I've been totally dyslexicanizing that as mountain image since he joined.

nope, i am not built in the image of a mountain. since other people have expressed themselves as warhammer nerds, my name is based off of magic: the gathering. mountains being the "land" that produce the destructive red mana. anyways, yes I am in.

i'll declare myself as a maybe... if you get extras, bump me, but if you need a corpse to fill some space then i'm all for it

It's still not too late for others to join up. Are you one of these "others"? If so, dedicate a little of your time to putting these folk in their place with your skills of pain-inducing comedy or orgasm-inducing art. Or neither.
