I was very very reluctant to see hot rod... very.
But the humor, the scene cuts, it's beautiful.
They cut a scene as he smashes a lamp, where as the typical 'dime a dozen film' always pull for that whole, akward silence scene after someone does something dramatic.
Another cliche upon the gay as comedy thing is the stuntman is clearly a different person or a black dummy, when the guy falling is white... get what I mean?
Andy falls down a mountain and... it's hilarious.
Just attempt the download, push past the first 10 minute and tell me if you thought it was typical.
Adding to the Will Ferrel thing, I agree that he is generally the same in most things, but Night at the Roxbury was amazing, and near on timeless.
Anchorman was awesome, in grade 9, when sleeping pills mixed with vitamin c pills are the only drugs you do, it was the best.
