Either Zach is indicating that dogs are incredibly bad at math, or he accidentally inverted dog years and decided that a "dog lifetime" is 7 human years.
I've never heard of a dog dying from directly age-related causes at younger than 11, and also never heard of a human dying at older than 132. 84 seems most likely what he was going for....
