I was inadvertedly depriving myself of sleep a lot during my last break. It got to the stage after about 4 or 5 days where I was just unexplainably angry and had an incredible urge to punch people and general objects in the face as hard I could. That was the point at which I began to get a little scared of what was happening and went straight to bed as soon as I could.

I always have the urge to punch things, all of the time. I don't remember the last time that I wasn't angry or didn't want to punch things, and I honestly don't regret that whatsoever. I don't get scared until I want to kill people, and only when I really want to kill them, not just "oh this person should be dead," only when I think that it needs to happen.

I try not to deprive myself of sleep but I just had to finish this Murakami book tonight, so once again I am awake for the entire night and sleeping only during the daytime. I don't understand why people don't like people who do that because it seems fine to me, with the added benefit that I don't have to deal with people.
