Now I'm glad I voted for the other guy.*

That's not so much "the other guy" so much as "some other guy". As in they're not even really running for the same office.

EDIT: So, I hear that David Sweet is insane.

Would someone bother to explain to an innocent fool like me what dofus kamus is?

Wait– I looked it up. Why is the President of the United States schilling some online game like a common spam-bot‽ :[] I am shocked and appalled!

Well it would have been had you not leapt in and misspelled the word cue.

If it only takes bad spelling to fend him off, why haven't you tried this before?

Also I believe I told you in that last post to burn in hell. I wasn't joking.

I don't think I'd want to be in any heaven that'd have me.

Insane? Really? We are talking about 2000 years ago, where patriarchy was rampant. It is a true statement, and explains the masculine emphasis of the Bible.
I think it is a terrible soundbite, and makes him sound like a jackass (the first line irks me terrible) but he isn't wrong, in the context of the time.
Even now, men are still the predominant decision makers in many families.
It hardly makes him insane.

This is strange for me, because I live in a matriarchal family. Females make the decisions, handle the finances and all of that other joy. Also it's been proven that women are better at organizing and persuading, one would think these two qualities are rather important for leadership.

It might only be half of families at this point. Well, at least in more developed societies. I know plenty of families where the mom/wife makes more of the decisions.

It is a terrible soundbite and it may be out of context. But it doesn't sound good, it reads like "this is what happened and this is still true today". Maybe I'm just misunderstanding.

No, I think you are right, he probably does think it is still true, but I'm sure it is not to the extent it comes off as.
