Not necessarily, he could adopt, and then he might die alone and unloved after that anyway.

Man, MM's adopted kid is kind of a jerk.
Police said they spent some time working out if they could charge the man with being armed with a weapon, as technically he was armed with part of a fish.

You know what they say, adoption leads to serial killings. Just look at Voldemort.

Haven't you ever seen When Harry Met Sally? You don't have any male friends who don't want to have sex with you, and also none of your female friends want to have sex with you. So you're pretty much up shit creek on both fronts. What were we talking about?

No, I've never seen When Harry Met Sally, because I don't watch romantic comedies. Also...all of my male friends want to have sex with me? I find that hard to believe.

Yeah, that sure is true. I mean I don't want to have sex with MM.

How could that be true? Because it is not. It is not true.

I mean, it'd be pretty awkward for all parties involved if it was true.

Are there any romantic comedies that don't end up with the two falling in love, or just the opposite, where the two never see each other again? I mean, are there any other endings? One or both of them dying counts as never seeing each other again.
Just like an std, will never fully go away.

How is it a comedy if it doesn't end happily?

Does that second option actually happen, where they never see each other again?
I've seen it once, I guess.

Also: How about Shaun of the Dead? They were already together at the beginning of the movie, so there's no falling-in-love involved.

Well, drama involves people who are of a high position that have something to lose, usually due to a character flaw, while comedy involves the common man. Oedipus was so sure of himself that though he possessed sight, he was truly blind to that which happened around him. A comedy involves those of lower class and with not much. Princess Diana's car crash made worldwide coverage, and is dramatic. To the common man, that is just something that sucks.

And I didn't see shaun.

So the third option would be that they see each other but they're not in love?

In a Shakespearean comedy, there's always a wedding at the end. So some of it's a throwback to that sort of thing I think.
