Enhanced hearing which produces a different sort of 'sight' that might be a little more than what we can see normally (like that guy hidden behind those boxes over there). Also, I guess Daredevil would have 360 vision? I mean the stuff to the rear wouldn't be as clear because of the way our ears work, but still.
