Those newer cruisers are AWD, they'll be fine.

AWD?
It's raining like hell here. If it were raining in hell, that is.

Last night I was walking around the neighborhood with just a long sleeve shirt and jeans and was perfectly comfortable. Now it is snowing and is supposed to drop to about -8C tonight. Ah March.

And now they are calling for anywhere from 8 to 46cm of snow over about twelve hours Monday night into Tuesday morning. It depends on where exactly the jet stream is. I'm guessing that worst of it will be a bit north of us. But as rare as our snows are, a far amount of them do happen in March. I assume since we get cold air from the north and a lot of moisture coming up from the south.

It snowed this morning, but two hours later it was dry and sunny with no indication of it. That's how every day should go, I think.
maybe it will
maybe it will

Re: The weather outside!
We had the wind last week. It took down a few sections of the very flimsy fence where I rent.
We got the snow today. A pretty good storm all told. The only time this winter (so far, anyways) where I've really put my winter driving skills to use.
And if forecasters are to be believed, we might be getting wind part 2 in the next 24 hours?

Re: The weather outside!
Our winter storm turned out to be a let down. We only got about 7cm of snow, but it changed over to ice and sleet for the last 6 or 7 hours so the roads are still slick as hell and the moderate winds are coming in behind it making for a great chance for power outages. We got all the bad and none of the fun of a winter storm.
